Wes is the Executive Director of the Greystar Investment Group. He is responsible for its asset base of approximately $1.4 billion with acquisition production of about $500 to $750 million per year. Additionally, Wes is responsible for the strategic direction of the investment division through the execution of investment, asset management and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Greystar, Wes was with Pfizer where he worked as a Senior Territory Manager in Charleston, South Carolina and Sydney, Australia.

Wes received his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also holds a degree in Biology from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
