Through Bilt, Greystar residents can now earn points on rent payments and access benefits in their neighborhoods. Points can be redeemed for travel with industry-leading airlines and hotels, shopping, future rent payments, and more. The program extends beyond rent to reward everyday spending, with residents earning additional points and exclusive benefits at local restaurants, fitness studios, on Lyft rides, and at Walgreens. On the first of each month, residents can access exclusive experiences like intimate dinners at some of America’s top restaurants, and opportunities to win free rent.
Bilt integrates seamlessly with Greystar's resident apps, ensuring residents can easily manage payments and rewards at any time. With Bilt, residents also gain access to optional free credit reporting for on-time rent payments, allowing them to build their credit history at no cost.
