BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Glick is a Managing Director of Loyalty & Rewards for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Aaron leads the strategy and development of Greystar's innovative loyalty programs, designed to enhance the resident experience and grow retention across the company’s worldwide portfolio of communities.

Before joining Greystar, Aaron was a Vice President at Williams Sonoma where he launched the first loyalty and credit card program across Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and West Elm. Prior to that, he was the global head of Hilton Honors and held marketing and strategy roles at Starwood Hotels and Disney.

Aaron received his bachelor's degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in finance and management and a minor in Spanish.
