BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Keeler is a Managing Director of Development and leads Greystar's development team in Washington and Oregon. Aaron is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development within the region including site identification, capital allocation, project leadership through development and construction, and disposition. Aaron's team has delivered over 2,000 apartment units and 1,000 student beds across a wide array of building types including mixed-use, high-rise, mid-rise, and garden style projects.

Before joining Greystar in 2015, Aaron worked at AvalonBay in construction project management where he helped deliver over 1,000 units across four complex mixed-use projects in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington.

Aaron has a Master's of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from Western Washington University.
