BIOGRAPHY

Brian Herwald is a Managing Director for Greystar Development Services and leads the development teams in the Houston and Salt Lake City regions. Upon joining Greystar in 2008 in Houston, Texas, Brian gained experience working with each of the company’s business lines, with a focus on development in Houston and Denver. He relocated to London in 2016 for three years to oversee and help grow all aspects of the company’s United Kingdom development business, from site selection, securing capital, and developing strategy to coordinating consultants and integrating operations. Brian serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
