BIOGRAPHY
Cliff Chandler is a Senior Managing Director and leads Investment Management for the US student housing business as well as the Central region for the US Investment Management business. Cliff serves on both the Business Line Investment Committee and the Student Review Committee.
Before joining Greystar in 2011, Cliff was an Acquisition Associate with TA Associates Realty. Prior to TA, he was an Associate Director in the North America Venture Investments group with GE Capital, Real Estate. Cliff is a member of the Urban Land Institute Student Housing Council and a member of the Student Housing Advisory Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council. Cliff is a Section Chair for the Harvard Business School Capital Campaign.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration summa cum laude from the University of San Diego Knauss School of Business and earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
