BIOGRAPHY

Ivy Liu is a Managing Director leading Greystar’s Asia-Pacific finance operations in Singapore, which includes four country-specific funds, the largest regional residential fund in the market, and is a complex platform investment.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2019, Ivy spent four years as a Director at CreditEase Asset Management, with responsibilities spanning from finance, tax, operations, fund administration, and portfolio management. Prior to CreditEase, Ivy served as the Vice President of Finance for CBRE Global Investors in Singapore and the Head of Finance for CBRE Global Investors Taiwan.

Ivy is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She holds a Master’s of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s of arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
