BIOGRAPHY

Jena Paulenich is a Managing Director and serves Greystar’s Third-Party Management business in the Mid-Atlantic. Jena provides operational oversight for property operations and the development of new business and leads a team of Regional Property Managers and Directors in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. 

With over 15 years of experience, Jena has managed portfolios across predevelopment, new construction lease-ups, high-rise, mid-rise, garden, senior living, renovations, essential housing, and mixed-use projects, gaining expertise in all areas of property management. Before joining Greystar, she was Regional Vice President at Bainbridge Management, overseeing operations in the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. Prior to that, she was Regional Vice President at PRG Real Estate, managing a portfolio of over 12,000 units on the East Coast. 

Jena holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, Accredited Commercial Manager, and Certified Property Manager® certifications through the National Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and completed leadership programs with the Triangle Apartment Association and National Apartment Association. Jena is also active in the Urban Land Institute, CREW, and various local and national apartment associations.

Jena has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Radford University.
