BIOGRAPHY

Kathy Hensley is a Managing Director for Greystar’s Property Management business, overseeing the North Florida region, which includes markets in Orlando, Melbourne, Daytona, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and the Panhandle.

Kathy joined Greystar in 2017 with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Her experience ranges from stabilized and new developments to site identification, due diligence investigation, and project coordination. She holds a Certified Property Manager designation and is a former President of the Orlando Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is also active in the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, serving as President. Kathy is also a faculty member at Valencia Community College for the Residential Property Management Program.

Kathy earned a bachelor of arts degree with honors from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada.
