Mary Craddock is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management in Europe. Mary oversees Greystar's joint venture partner relationships in Europe, focusing on driving growth and returns for local market build for rent and purpose-built student accommodation strategies.

Prior to Greystar, Mary was a Managing Director at Lapithus Management LLP, where she developed and implemented the investment and asset management strategy for the Apollo European Core Plus real estate platform.

Mary holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Baylor University.
