BIOGRAPHY

Terry Pendergist is a Senior Managing Director of Development Operations overseeing Accounting, Information Technology, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisitions for Greystar Development and Construction Services. Her accounting oversight includes a large portfolio of more than 110 active US development assets valued at over $13.1 billion, pursuit projects of over $11 billion, and over 110 completed assets. Terry is also a member of the Greystar Executive Committee and serves as a Development representative on Greystar’s Enterprise Services Advisory Board.

Before joining Greystar in 2006 as a National Development and Construction Controller, Terry was Vice President of Development Accounting for Regency Centers based in Jacksonville, Florida. She began her career in the Development industry as a Development Controller for Prime Real Estate Corporation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was recently selected for the 2023 Globe Street Women of Influence award for Development Professionals and was a 2012 graduate of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Charleston program.

Terry is an alumnus of Clemson University and holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.
