BIOGRAPHY

Wendy Conway is a Managing Director of Risk Management where she is responsible for leading the company’s insurance programs for Greystar’s Development & Construction business. Wendy partners closely with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer leadership to identify, design, and enhance our capabilities around risk mitigation.

Wendy joins Greystar with over 20 years of experience in the construction and risk management industries. Prior to Greystar, Wendy was the Vice President and Senior Director of Risk Management at Gilbane Building Company, where she oversaw all risk management and claims teams. Before Gilbane, Wendy was the Corporate Insurance & Business Director for Turner Construction Company.

Wendy holds a master’s degree in business administration from New York University Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
