Toni Eubanks – Executive Director, Real Estate Operations
Why have you continued to call Greystar home over the past 14 years?
“I value the relationships I have at Greystar. I have the privilege of working with people every day that I truly love and admire. Beyond that, I love the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit the company offers and the ability to run a business within a business. I also love Greystar’s directness, transparency, and the stable financial approach. Lastly, I’ve been given the opportunity to work hard and that’s led to being trusted and challenged with growth opportunities. I will forever be grateful for that.”
What has been the highlight of your career with Greystar so far?
“I’m incredibly proud and honored to be here. Greystar acquired the company I worked for in 2008. I had been there 14 years and at the time, I initially wasn’t thrilled. A highlight was when I figured out, a month or two later, just how incredible the people are here. I felt like it was a brand new opportunity with endless possibilities for so many of us that came to Greystar with that transaction. When I allowed myself to embrace it, get excited about it, and let go of the past, I realized what I had.”
What is one piece of advice you’d share with someone brand new to Greystar?
“Getting involved is the best way to get to know the organization. Volunteer for anything and everything, even if it’s a bit outside your comfort zone. I think it’s important to understand as many layers of Greystar as possible – other businesses, support services, our vast international platform. Try to keep your lens wide.”
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
“Professionally, hopefully here at Greystar working with all the people that are here now. Is it selfish to say that I hope all of us are still here? I also hope I continue to challenge myself to adapt and evolve as our company grows and changes. Personally, I hope my family continues to stay healthy, happy, and continues to thrive. All of our children should be finished with college in five years, and I cannot wait to watch them all go light the world on fire.”
Kendall Bickett – Director, Internal Communications
Why have you continued to call Greystar home over the past 10 years?
“The people. I started working for Greystar in college when I was 19. I grew up with Greystar, and I can honestly say I would not be the person I am today without the opportunities and support the company has provided me. I’ve learned so much from the leaders here, my colleagues and friends, and I have had tons of fun along the way.”
What has been the highlight of your career with Greystar so far?

What is one piece of advice you’d share with someone brand new to Greystar?
“Slow and steady wins the race. Greystar is a huge company and there are so many moving parts that intertwine within the different lines of business - don’t expect to get them all correct your first month on the job. Even after 10 years I still have to check my notes for things.”
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
“To be honest I have no idea. My biggest goal when I started at Greystar was to become a supervisor and I was just promoted last year. I want to learn how to be the best supervisor before I think about my next big goal, but I expect to still be learning and growing at Greystar.”
Megan Taggart – Marketing Coordinator, Operational Learning & Development

What is one piece of advice you’d share with someone brand new to Greystar?
“Take advantage of the resources available. As part of the Learning and Development team, I’m amazed at the depth of the knowledge within the team and the resources available. Nothing is created or curated haphazardly, it’s all done with great research and consideration about what team members need. And that’s only one branch in the big family tree of Greystar. Reach out and be authentic in those interactions, dig into the wealth of information available to you, and be open to new experiences.”
